Home to our team of architects, interior designers, project managers and quantity surveyors, we completely renovated the 5,3000 sq ft of space back in 2018.
Before moving to Bridgewater House, we resided over at 60 Oxford Street with the Manchester Apartments and Beech Holdings teams. The move was established due to rapid growth at the Beech Group.
From start to finish, the project was delivered in four months, with the overall objective to create a space that encourages health, wellbeing, and creativity in the workplace. We sympathetically renovated the space, retaining the grade II-listed buildings distinctive features, including the existing lift shaft (used as a meeting room), original doors and industrial beams. Larger desks and breakout spaces have been incorporated to encourage collaborative work and relaxed meetings, whilst a smart AV solution and booking system for the boardroom are just some of the advanced technological solutions that have been implemented.
