Located in the cosmopolitan neighbourhood of Spinningfields, Artillery House is one of the last remaining buildings to be redeveloped in Manchester’s ‘Golden Triangle’ of luxury residential developments.
Descripiton
Completed in March 2017, the former office and warehouse was transformed into 12 high-specification apartments. From start to finish the project was designed, constructed, and developed by our in-house specialist team.
Artillery House was stripped back to its core, with the team reconfiguring the building’s layout, constructing new partition walls and ceilings.
From studio apartments to 1-bedroom duplex lofts, the development boasts the latest in smart technology, bespoke furnishings, sustainable features and space-saving interiors. We pride ourselves on using only the best quality materials, ensuring the longevity of the products for years to come, and making sure that they don’t end up in landfill in 2 years.
The overall aesthetic of the build is minimalist, with clean lines, plenty of natural light and a neutral colour palette used throughout. The subtle grain pattern of the herringbone floor, wood cladding in the bathroom and quartz worktops bring natural elements to the project that add layers of interest.
